Went here on 3/30 found some shoes i really liked but wasn't going to buy for 110 bc they had a crease in the toe. So the man Ali that was helping me said what u want me to cry? Um excuse me. Didnt offer to look at the other shoe stores owned by foot locker so i just left. Went back bc i wanted to see the name of the shoe. He noticed i was back and just stood there while i snaped a pic and stared at me still not offering to check other stores. So I asked to speak w manager asked if i could just order online he ordered for me and my shoes got there today Tuesday 4/2 and it's the wrong size! Wayyyyy to small. Terrible customer service and all around RUDE

Was here Friday 8/5 around 6pm. Two young ladies in the store, one did come up immediately to ask if I needed help (she wore glasses). When I found a shoe I wanted she went to the other person and asked her to find it, so I assumed she must have been the newer employee, the one she went to the more senior employee. Senior employee went in the back and came back and said it was the last shoe of that kind, but luckily it was my size. I tried it on, liked it, wanted to try them on together, so asked original helper if I could see the other shoe and she again asked the senior employee, who kept ignoring her, and never brought it. While she was helping another customer as well, the first girl went to her several times to ask for my shoe and she never helped. There were opportunities between the customer trying on shoes for her to get the other shoe. So, I just left the shoe there and left the store. It was a very bad experience, where either the senior worker did not want to help or the senior worker was not very senior herself so it was an upper management problem of leaving two employees on their own that were not very good. The worst part was that I had a $60 gift card and now I am going to have to shop on their website because I don't think I'd go to this store again.
