Mostly empty of shoppers, clean organized, great selection
I like the variety of shoes here but the customer service at the counter was disappointing and less than friendly at this store.
They were very kind. I haven't bought shoes in ages and they answered my questions well enough. I didn't see if they had any feet measuring devices, but I've not been to DSW before to know if they did previously. I only mention that because visiting another shoe store, they had thrown theirs out? I was very confused, however apparently that's happening. The aisles are clearly marked and it all looked very clean. I felt safe and all the employees wore masks.
Great service, I have to order online to get my size. Sometimes they don't always work and need to be returned. My husband doesn't mind returning because they have records if I lost my receipt.
Pretty decent shoe selection. Short staffed. I was there for over two hours trying on shoes. Not once was I greeted or offered help.
