My experience with the entire staff was positive. I found everyone friendly and very helpful. When I was taken to my room the nurse was again friendly and polite while taking my initial information. I was referred to Dr. Albadareen by my pain management physician so I had no idea what the visit would be like. I was so pleasantly satisfied with the doctor. She patiently listened to what I had to say, provided great feedback and suggestions on how to work with my other provider(s). I appreciate the treatment I received all around.

The front desk ladies were rude and condescending towards me. I was a few minutes late to my appointment and while rescheduling me they asked what time a wanted my follow up appointment for and I told them the earliest they had. Both ladies thought it was best to ask if I was sure since I was late to that day’s appointment and that the doctors are very busy and I need to be on time, instead of leading me into a soft conversation and rudely noted that I needed to be on time.nHowever, the nurse and doctor were very professional and had a warm touch. That front desk needs to be changed.

I called to make an appointment for myself and my husband. They were booked through the end of the year. Tammy called me back within 24 hours and had appointments for both of us. I would highly recommend using Dr. Syed. Dr. Syed along with Tammy and the rest of the staff go above and beyond.

It was my first visit. Dr. Syed, and his staff, were very attentive to my needs. Dr. Syed took the time to try to, better, understand my situation, and to discuss, possible, solutions.nnI am quite pleased with the experience; and I look forward to working withnDr. Syed in the coming months.
