Great food, amazing service. Kind of expensive but was totally worth it
Food was good. Service was disappointing the whole time I was there only god one glass of sweet tea and they never came to check on things
This place was amazing, their rolls were delicious and their portions were huge for the price you pay. We paid 7 dollars for a chilli cheese fry appetizer and it was 100% worth the money. The service from our waitress Hannah was fantastic, she was a great waitress and made sure to check on us and keep us satisfied. I highly recommend this place.
Ordered a 12 oz KC Strip for my daughter on Sunday, August 17. The first thing I had to do was cut off a huge chunk of fat which amounted to about 1/4 of the cut. The remainder of the steak was so tough and fatty that my daughter chose not to eat most of it. This was quite disappointing as we usually enjoy delicious food at this establishment.
We ordered carryout and were told it would be an hour before our order was ready. We arrived 30 minutes early and went to the carryout window to check on it and were told it was ready. We were thrilled until we got home to eat it. Our steaks were supposed to be cooked rare and one was medium rare to medium and the other was medium to well done. We both were supposed to have loaded sweet potatoes and one person got a loaded baked potato instead. The other sides were correct. We go to Texas Roadhouse once a year for a special occasion and have never been disappointed until this year where the whole meal was a disappointment.
