Our first time to this location was amazing. Our waitress Alex was outstanding. She was friendly and attentive. She made us feel welcomed and ensured our dinner was exactly how we ask. I watched her attend to other customers; her friendliness and attentiveness never wavered. We decided to come a second time; we ask for Alex and of course she was just as friendly, bubbly, and attentive as the first visit. She is delightful. Thank you Alex for being absolutely awesome.

Much better experience in my last time i was at the kansas city kansas location which was beyond awful.

Food is good, but service has gone downhill. Last few visits service has been horrible.

Two of my daughters and my grandson and I went to Olive Garden for lunch. My last experience here was not good, however, this visit was much better. The service was great. Our server was Jaelyn. She brought our food promptly, checked back to see if we needed refills on soup, salad, or water, and was extremely accommodating. This visit was only made possible because of the store manager. My last visit was so awful, and I posted a Google Review. The manager got back to me and apologized. I was also given a $25 Gift Card to give them another chance. We had a great visit today.

Not a fan, I had steak fettuccine, order my steak medium and it came out well done.
