Professional banking location with a hometown feel! We have our personal and business accounts with Bank Midwest. This location goes out of their way to make you feel like a valued customer. Tellers are always friendly and accurate and I cannot say enough good things about Saul Payan/Personal Banker. He is very helpful with any question that I may have. Highly recommend 119th/Olathe & my dogs love the drive thru biscuits!

Simply put, this place is a nightmare. I never see the same tellers, and the new ones never know how to do their job. I have to physically go to this bank all of the time to get their screw ups fixed, and I would pay money to get anyone here who is smart enough to open a pickle jar let alone to handle my money.

I've banked at Bank Midwest for 3-4 years and at this branch for over 2 years without any issues.

Brad is the top employee there, very helpful. I suggest this branch more than anything.
