online app is a joke... i dont feel safe using it.

I got a house in 2006 and I don't remember my mortgage loan officer acting like this.. The loan officer at this bank was very disrespectful. Upon looking at my mortgage paperwork I did not understand the late fees. His response was don't worry about that because you should never be late anyway. And he really didn't want to go over it. I requested a supervisor who has taken over the loan.. My suggestion if you go with this bank is to make sure they are communicating with your realtor on closing dates and ask for supervisor if your loan officer is not willing to explain your mortgage paperwork this will make it go by smoother and not cause delays..

I always have a good experience in this place, people are so nice and friendly. I truly recommend for everyone.
