Even though I was 15 feet from the only other customer in the entire room, the teller stopped what he was doing to call out to me and ask that I stand directly on the dot they had provided.nnThen, as I waited, an employee was completely bashing a customer and retelling the interaction to another employee. They were in a corner office speaking very loudly with the door wide open. I could hear everything they said.nnWhen it was my turn with the teller, I mentioned that the other two employees might want to shut the door when talking loudly about a customer. The teller completely ignored me.

I walked out and left a cashiers check on the counter; they contacted my employee immediately so I could retrieve it. My wallet was stolen 2 days before Christmas; no ID and no cash. They allowed me to use my work badge to retrieve some cash. They ask about my kids and family in the drive through. US Bank and this particular location has been my bank for 15 years. The employees are helpful. I will always be loyal.

Showed up on a Friday and non-holiday and waited for an hour. Supposedly they open at 8:30am according to a flyer on the teller window, regular hours in vinyl lettering states that they open at 9:00am, and I checked Google which states 9:30am - updated flyer would be great. Also, this place is very slow; didn't used to bother me but now I hate coming to this location.

Worst bank. Every time I come here the line in the drive through is very long. Hire more tellers please.

My experience over the last couple weeks has been horrible. I show up to enter the lobby and the doors are locked during posted hours. I have no idea what’s going on at this point as the lobby hours are still on the door, and they stated the lobby is open. Over the last couple days I have called the main number 4 times during business hours in attempt to make an appointment and no one answers.nIt’s time to get the ball rolling people. Businesses have had their nice plexiglass barriers up and fully functioning for 2 months now. This poses a serious concern for me because when I need to get into my safe deposit box, I need to get into it now. And I can’t even get somebody to answer a phone.nUPDATE: In October we had to go in. They finally installed protective glass at the service counter. Now you can walk in without an appointment to take care of basic business. Just dont understand why it took so long...
