Small Business Bank

We opened an account over 2 weeks ago. I haven’t been able to get any information about our account. I had to call in just to find out why it was taking so long to receive any information about it being opened. I called in only to learn you have to email them for a bank card and routing account information. So far the experience has been horrible an so complicated. I wish I would have continued searching for another business account holder. I’m afraid with just these mishaps my investments in their hand could be horrible too! Trying them out for 30 days if it doesn’t get better than a switch must be made. Some business policies definitely need changed. All banks at least send you a bank card for opening an account when you first open or atleast a welcome packet with information! Nope not this one!

The first I was skeptical. I got a few small issues. Never had a problem contacting the bank. I do suggest you read a few things more closely than I did. They have worked well with me, Even when I was quite upset with a few things. I do believe they need a type of an accounts manager. Someone who can reach out to you help you, walk you through the process, and possibly drive new customers for them. ,Banking should be more about the customer than just obtaining accounts. I'm pretty busy. I did have to reach out to them to get my debit card send out. It came promptly in 7 of the 7 to 10 days. So far so good.

All financial institutions are difficult to deal with, putting their own safety and reputation, far above customer service/satisfaction. And whereas Small Business bank may not be the worst, they are certainly in the running. Mismanaged, self serving, and prone to doing things with your money and account, which they “overlook” telling you about. Avoid at all costs.

Small Business Bank in Lenexa is the best bank for me! A year ago I was searching for a lender to refinance a commercial property I had purchased through owner financing. Main Street Credit Union couldn’t do it but referred me to the guys at Small Business Bank. Not only were they able to do the loan but I also got a great interest rate! They are truly there to help the local small businesses.nnToday I called and talked to Chris about a loan modification because of the current COVID pandemic.nOnce again they were there to help. I am and will always be thankful for Small Business Bank!
