ANB Bank

I opened a loan to purchase a property I was interested in. Prior to going into ANB I had been shopping a lot of different banks and overall it seemed like it was going to be a difficult process. ANB made the process not only easy but I also formed some good friendships along the way. Since then I have moved all my accounts to ANB and opened a second loan. After being with Bank of America for 20+ years it is refreshing to find a bank that I feel happy to give my money to. Thank you ANB for taking care of my family and myself.

My husband and I have banked with another local bank for over 40 years, however, with the latest increase in fees, we decided to switch to ANB Bank. Not only is ANB Bank more convenient to us, the fees for the basic services are customer-friendly, as in free! The other reason we checked into ANB was our interaction with Kaitlin at the 87th Street branch. Her customer service and handling of our transition has been beyond all expectations. In addition to our dealings with Kaitlin, every time we have walked through the doors, we have been greeted promptly by Tanya and others, which is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Kaitlin and ANB Bank for welcoming our business.

Best customer service I have ever had from a bank. They are personal, helpful & thoughtful. Wish I would have known about them years ago when I bought my house. Began working with ANB when I opened up a new business account and I will be moving all of my personal accounts over to them as well.

When ANB took over my ten year old Premier Bank account they hurt my financial life for years. I was never notified of a few dollars overdraft due to change of address. ANB added almost $300 in fees and refused to work out a partial payment. They have put out a notice to ban me from using any banks for almost five years now, so I can't bank anywhere. ANB are ruthless anti-community tyrants. Please do not help them with your patronage.

Have been with them for over 30 years and 3 different bank names. Most of the same staff still exists and they are very courteous. Has the feel of old time banking in a modern world. Just moved to a different state and will keep my accounts with them.
