I liked this store and business but recently purchased online a pair of shoes . They were not what I thought I ordered . I returned them In person at my overland park store. Hoping to find what I wanted to exchange. They had nothing I wanted so I did s redund . They charge an $8. Stocking fee. I will never shop here again . Very poor customer service .
I found nice shoes but unfortunately the store didn't have the sizes I needed so I need to order online.
Waited in line to donate shoes for DSW points. Two ladies were at the register, one busy checking out another customer. The lady who wasn't busy told me to wait as she left to walk around the store, went to the back then immediately turned around to walk around the store again, then went to pick up shoes. ??? I guess I'm confused as to why she couldn't just assist in helping me when she was at the register but would rather walk around the store and make me wait another 10 minutes to be helped. There wasn't very many customers in the store either. Poor sense of prioritization and customer service there.nnOn the other hand, the lady at the register who did help me, was very helpful and considerate. She went above and beyond to assist me in finding my DSW rewards on my phone to be used with purchase.
Never been!!! And found my wedding shoes there last week!!!!
Lots of shoes, but theyre kind of expensive and they need slightly better organization/signs. I had a very hard time finding non-slip mens for work.
