DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS HOSPITAL! Their protocols are so messed up! You and your children are not safe here! Please just go to a different location or a different hospital!!! This hospital has doctors who will falsely accuse you for child abuse... perfectly normal new parents be worn!!!! Make one little mistake, JUST ONE and they will take your child from you. If your toddler falls on their own and the terrible doctor sniff out some type of excuse to take your child. Literally while your in the waiting room they will call the police and a social worker will take your child out of your hands put them in a random car and take them to a foster home. All while your so confused on what’s going on. Absolutely do NOT recommend this hospital.

My son's ear tubes were done by Dr. Cullen, who was fine. I however am still getting bills 8 months later on charges I have already paid (total of over $2700 out of pocket). Billing department needs to get its act together.

My kiddo fell off her scooter and we thought she may have broken her arm (she did). We went to Children’s Mercy and they were extremely efficient, caring, organized and thorough. I’m grateful to have such an amazing hospital in our community. We are all human after all, and the staff, nurses and doctors were extremely talented.

I was very thankful for this hospital. We had to take our 6 week old to the ER. That was so hard in and of itself, but the staff, nurses, and physicians here were amazing. They took such good care of him. And they gave us all the options and didn’t pressure us one way or the other. Very helpful. And they did everything they could to make us comfortable. The ER is stressful enough, so I’m very thankful for the ease these medical professionals brought.
