The staff at the rehab hosp took real good care of me,, stacey and Jennifer werenAwesome. They made sure I knew what I needed to do when I got home. All the staff were great.

Not bad but not great.nMy PT (Betsy) and OT (Melissa) were amazing but most of the nurses seemed to be lost a lot of the time. You would think with it being a rehabilitation hospital they’d be more familiar with items used in a rehabilitation hospital. One of the nurses actually told me that she forgot about me so that’s why she was late on my meds. This happened 2x in one day. After telling my OT what happened she asked if I would prefer to not have that nurse again and I said yes, she said she would tell management. The next day the nurse was back on my service after the request had been made. They were also pretty pushy with pain meds. I told them I didn’t want to take them but they asked me almost every time they came in the room if I wanted a pain pill. I get it was put in my chart they could be used for high pain but I made it very clear I didn’t want them and they just wouldn’t stop asking if I wanted them.

They don’t answer phones and staff does not call the family or provide updates unless called and specifically asked. During COVID - information is all families have and if we can’t get that from the staff how are supposed to know?? Answer your phones UGH!!!

HR Management harass their employees and do not provide adequate work environment conditions. The HR Director is the worst and should be removed from that position as she is not qualified and doesn't know her job! One Star is more like half a star instead of one!

I hated this place.nSome of the nurses act like they know everything that is medically wrong with you.nAnd don't bother if you've just had surgery or NOT!!!!!
