I had a wonderful visit with Richelle Wheeler. RN, MSN, APRN-C After seeing her we both remembered eachother from many years ago when she treated me here. She's very educated and knows what she is talking about. She was very thorough in examining me. I have problems with hands going numb and are ice cold due to nerve pain. She told me that I needed an MRI so she and Dr John Clough could look at the films to see what is going on with my neck. Dr John Clough is a neurosurgeon who back in 2006 did a double neck fusion with a titanium plate which was successful. I think Dr John Clough is wonderful and so is Richelle Wheeler.

The front desk is the most positive thing I can say Aqua was really nice and seemed more concerned then Dr. Copeland. He was very cold. He seemed nonchalant about my pain. Even suggesting that the doctor who referred me was “reaching” with my diagnosis. I’ve had MRI 3 back injections and he looked at my results and said there’s nothing there. Didn’t offer another xray, pain meds, nothing. Pretty much sent me out with no answers. Waste of copay! Literally had tears in my eyes. He didn’t seem to care. But scheduled another shot to see if my pain is coming from somewhere else. I asked how soon since I continued to mention my pain and of course he said they’ll call and schedule with me. He just didn’t care. It was belittling and ridiculous how insensitive he was. Arrogant as well. I’d never refer anyone here.
