I have been going to Statland Clinic for almost 19 years and previously never had problems getting call backs or speaking to a live person. Recently I have had issues and called and the phone rang for over 3 minutes to talk to scheduling and I had left a voice mail for my doctor (who is great) about important prescriptions (not refills) and knowing if I could come in for a lab I needed. I never heard back and finally had to call back again a week later after which I had to go to another walk in clinic since I never received an answer. Highly unusual but this seems to be more common now. I even went in to the walk in (it was not lunch time) and sat there for 30 minutes before the doctor walked in and apologized to the receptionist for being late and I had to wait another 20 minutes and I was the only one in the waiting room. Hope things improve because I would like to stay with my doctor.
