Everything went better than expected. Friendly and thorough. An altogether pleasant experience all things considered. A trip to the Doctor's is never the greatest thing that one would want to do but, that aside. this was a good trip. There was ample parking in the parking lot, easy access to the office, Social distancing was practiced and masks were worn by all. The staff was friendly and polite and more then helpful. An enjoyable experience as much as a Doctor's visit can be considered enjoyable.

Check in provides a concierge to facilitate a smooth and quick process. Everyone in reception is professional, warm and helpful. Radiology reception is mixed depending on who is at the desk but they are prompt in receiving and process. MRI team was gentle, attentive and even provided music of choice to listen to with over the ear headphones during the 15 minutes in the chamber. X-ray team went above and beyond to clarify the order before proceeding and the Technicians are sincere, caring and gentle. You are personally escorted from waiting room to procedure room and restroom if needed. They are very attentive at this facility.

I was very pleased with the care I received at your hospital, from the moment I entered the ER, until I was discharged several days later. The nursing staff was excellent! I had surgery 11/30/2020 and the service from doctors and nurses was top notch. So glad I came here. My wife was kept up to date on my progress until I was able to call her. She was very happy about that since no visitors are allowed. I actually liked the no visitor rule. Fewer people in the halls and you were able to actually rest like you were supposed to.

The ER doctor ran a cat scan on me. He was really concerned about my pain. Come to find out it was just a rib contusion. It was nice for someone to give me peace of mind knowing what I was dealing with! The ER doctor was also very knowledgeable! Everyone from nursing to the doctor was really nice and hospitable. Would recommend this location over any other HCA hospital! This location is well organized!
