Been a while since we had been there at chili’s. We ordered 2 fajitas meals. We only received one when it was brought to the table. They Admitted it was a mistake and after 10 minutes waiting we began to share the one meal. After 20 minutes the meal did not come, we asked for extra tortilla to finish the first meal. Well those did not come. 35 minutes later my meal came and it was totally burnt and sticking to the pan. Waited 5’minutes for the manager and she said I did not have to pay for the burnt meal. We got no water, salsa, or chips also. Worst serving I have had in years.

I LOVE Chili's restaurants. However, I have had very poor service at this location a few different times in the past. But my last visit was excellent. I wish I could remember our server's name. He was friendly, but not annoying. He checked on us at the exact right times, and kept our drinks full. I'm glad I gave this location another shot.

Very nice people and food. This was the first time we visited this Chili's location and will definitely NOT be last time. We moved recently, and this Chili's is now the closest one to our new home. The people were friendly and attentive, and the foodnwas hot, tasty and delicious.

Zach was my Server and he did well for lunch today in Overland Park, Kansas.nnI'm a Type-1 Diabetic since I was 12 years old on Christmas day and Zach brought me 3 Diet Cokes for lunch with my teammates.nnI didn't take any photos of this Restaurant when I was there for lunch today. However, if you're interested in going to Chili's Restaurant in Overland Park, Kansas in the future, I'd recommend you visit this Restaurant in the future!

We had a party of 5 on a Saturday evening. Food was great! We had a couple picky eaters in our group with special dietary needs and our waiter was super patient and our meals arrived in a timely matter and all correct! The new Fresh Mexican Menu selections were very yummy and reasonably priced. We added an appetizer, drinks and shared a dessert and our entire bill was less than $70.00 including tip!
