Wells Fargo Bank

I prefer this location although it’s farther from my house because each time I’ve been in, I receive excellent customer service. I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name who helped me. Made my day!!! It’s important to have compassion for others during such a difficult time and it’s not as common as you would think. Thank you!!!!!

I went to the bank today. There was a man inside yelling and not wearing a mask. He was also using profanity. No one working there asked him to put the mask on or to stop yelling. I pointed this out and the bank employee who did nothing. She just sat there and continued to use her cell phone while at her desk. Also the tellers can be very rude sometimes but I'm sure you've already heard this. Thanks for an incredibly unsafe and uncomfortable experience.

Four stars for the best customer service provided by Kyle Baker. Would give it a fifth star if Wells Fargo was a non-profit. No less, Kyle is kind, smart and knowledgable. Thank you for hiring such respectful character.

They always lock my card and lock me out of my account and say it's fraud protection... Nobody has my number so of it became fraudulent who are you letting have access to my information? I've had nothing but problems with this branch. I'm having to change my direct deposit from the VA to a new account because wells Fargo won't let you have access to pay your bills...
