Great place to bank

Opened a business account, was never informed about not having overdraft protection. $245 worth of fees for small purchased items. I would highly recommend looking for a bank that does not keep accounting funds so complicated that you don’t know what’s available in you balance “Pending” ??? I have overdraft protection on my personal account with Wells Fargo not a dime will go out if it’s not available, no fees no hidden charges. I will update this with a bank that doesn’t take advantage of their customers as soon as I find a new one. I feel sorry for people who are living from week to week and have to overdraft their account for whatever reasons just to make ends meet, these greedy banks charge for $35 for a $2 coffee that goes over your account balance and don’t offer to stop it at your request. First time this has happened here and they only want take a few off.The Management here is not helpful at all. They seem like they don’t give a ????

Karen is lacking in proper business courtesy. She did not introduce herself. She obviously was upset over being interrupted. When we left she did not extend herself or ask if she could help in another way. No thanks for choosing U. S. bank. Totally void of being pleasant. Very disappointing being a new customer.

All the staff are great except the Manager. She is what ruins visits to the bank especially if you have a banking concern. She doesn't know any procedures and has to ask other staff what to do to take care of operations that she should be able to handle. Brittany, Victoria, and the other staff are always helpful polite and knowledgeable. They know me and always greet me with a smile. If they could get a new manager with the same attitude they could become a 5 star banking institution but she's still there...
