Commerce Bank

I've never had great experiences with commerce bank, but Conner is always so upbeat, cheerful, friendly, and helpful. It seriously adds a very different atmosphere to the place, I specifically wait till I'm near overland park so I can come to this location because they are always so friendly

Waited for 6 minutes in the drive thru (no other customers waiting) before we had someone speak to us with a total of 11 minutes to make a single check a deposit. Drive thru banking services is meant to be quick and convenient. This was not my experience at this branch.

I like the bank but no the stuff, very slow. You would spend from 30 - 50 min waiting inside because usually they only have 1 person on desk. The other people just walk around with out even saying hi, or we will be helping you shortly, Nothing!

Good service and helpful staff. Always greeted with a smile when I walk in.

Horrible service! Or should I say.... NO service! Whether you go inside or use the drive-thru, you better plan on spending half the day there. Insane!!
