Your entire staff at your Metcalf location is the best! Every time I go into the bank I always get a warm welcome and smiles from everyone! We've had to use the the drive up window the last few months due to COVID-19 and look forward to going back into the building to say hello to everyone! Personal, professional attention on two visits.nOn my first visit, Kathy Emahiser notarized 10 personal documents for me followed by a delightful conversation on my move to the kc area.nOn my second visit, Carol McWhorter opened a new account for me and advised me to call her directly when I was traveling internationally, that she would personally set up a travel alert. I called her when I returned to cancel the alert and she said she had watched my account for any fraudulent charges. I was surprised and delighted with her personal attention.nThanks Kathy and Carol!
