Commerce Bank

Commerce Bank is a great bank and the staff at this branch could not be more helpful. I am a business owner and have my business account and my personal accounts with Commerce Bank. They do not disappoint!

Night Drop has been broken for weeks! I went to use the night drop about a week ago and there was a sign taped to it saying that is was out of order. I did not have keys at the time to take my deposits back to my store so I had the inconvenience of driving all over to find another location. Then had to drive clear out of my way to pick up deposit slips the next day. Won't even describe what I had to go through to get my bag and slips for the Antioch location!! It was ridiculous! Then again this evening I drive to the night drop and low and behold you still have not gotten this fixed! So again as your customer I was inconvenienced to have to drive all the way back to my store to put my deposits back in the safe. I am appalled that a multi-million dollar bank like this can't seem to take care of their business customers that need to utilize this service!!! Please send us an e-mail when this is finally fixed so that I don't have to go through this again. Very poor customer service!

Service at this branch has a very long way to go. There are many banks around, so one of the things keeping me at Commerce has always been the quality of service. I am new to the area, so I will be looking for other branches that are as friendly and accommodating as the Commerce Bank I frequented in my previous town. One teller here in particular acts as if every person who walks into the bank is a personal inconvenience and annoyance. She was condescending and impatient, neither of which are endearing in someone whose job in part entails customer service.
