Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

I have had to make a couple of deposits there because the branch in KCK is shut down. Very nice and efficient. The security guard opened the door for me each time and wished me a good day.

Their atm ruined the check I was about depositing and returned the check with oil on it and messed up !!nThen they are closed at the middle of the day

WARNING BANK OF AMERICA IS SHUTTING DOWN CHECKING ACCOUNTS. Yesterday Bank of America decided to close our checking account overnight and refused to give us access to our money or information regarding why they suddenly closed our account. I was unable to buy food for my family, including my 4 year old son. No one explained why these actions were taken. No red flags or fraudulent activity, confirmed by 3 different BOA employees. Bank of America is PREYING on their customers during a Global Pandemic! How am I going to get my stimulus check now? Is Bank of America going to keep our stimulus check? UNFAIR business practices from Bank of America during the worst global crisis we have ever seen. I urge everyone who banks at BOA to withdraw all of your money NOW before they try to take it away from you for an unknown amount of time. Having to deal with these PREDATORY business practices resulted in loss of income because I have had to miss work to spend hours on the phone and hours in the branch offices.

They NEVER answer the phone. I've called 6 times. They are always very nice at the location, and always help me with what I need, but I don't always want to leave work to do simple transactions.

Had the leave and come back 3 times and still couldnt get my money when they clearly heard th 1 800 number say that everything was good on their end l. 1st time they said I can only deposit then after I called they said they had to look up my acct number i go back they tell me they need my phone number that i had turned off i go home turn it back on they tell me now they can't do nothing. It has one teller the wait is too long and because of that it take FOREVER to get through the line. Never returning
