Commerce Bank

Stop by on a Saturday about 10 and the ATM was not working there is no one at the windows at either location in Shawnee. I had to drive clear across town to find one that was open ridiculous.

I have actually been very frustrated lately with banking at commerce. I am only giving this a 5 out of 5 because an employee named Maddy seriously went above and beyond my expectations during a transaction today. All of the things I usually have difficulty getting for my business she was more than willing to help me. Thanks for making my life easier today Maddy!

My problem is not directly with commerce as a bank, just with this branch. Every time I walk in, someone is on their phone, no one is ever greeted and you can see in their faces that they are annoyed by helping customers, even management seems that way. Terrible customer service and it seems no one knows what they are doing most of the time. I only come to this branch when I have to, I much prefer the one on 87th street, they actually seem professional and nice over there!

I love banking with Commerce. I came in for a simple thing today and was disgusted with the customer service I saw. The teller I had was great! Nice, friendly, and prompt. The blonde teller (that wasnt mine, thank goodness) was rude to her customer, condescending, loud, and overall just seemed like she was too good to be helping. Not only did i hear what his issue was, the whole branch got to hear. Seems like a breech of privacy to me! If you want your banking needs to be for your ears only, dont come to this branch.

Rushed to the drive thru after work and pulled up at 6, blonde girl closed the curtain on me. I always go to commerce bank drive thrus after 6 and get helped but I guess this branch doesn’t do that. Won’t be coming back.
