Commerce Bank

I activated my debit card twice, then my card declined 5 days after I deposited my payroll check into the atm. I was informed that they put a hold on all checks. Payroll or personal so do not deposit your payroll check if you need your money before 10 days. The gentlemen that opened my account was extremely nice though!!

Businesses should update their hours on their own. It shouldn't be up to the consumers to make sure their other customers don't waste their time and money. Go with a credit union over a bank any day. Less fees, less trouble, and more rewards.

I had a meeting with Rafael Henriquez for signing loan documents. I was running late and he stayed past his working shift for me to get me in and the documents signed. I really appreciated that!!!!

By far the worst bank I've ever done business with..Not Commerce, just this Branch..They refuse to pick up their phone, they refused to treat their customers with any type of quality service.. if I could give them zero stars I would..Two weeks of trying to contact them on the phone, they refuse to pick their phone up, no return calls..

They charged me eight dollars to cash my payroll check there Because I didn’t have an account with them. People work very hard for their money and I think this fee is a poor reflection on there banking practices, I won’t cash in another one there, Especially when places like Walmart will cash it for half the price. I plan on complaining to my employer about the fee and suggest that they use another bank.
