The sales team is always amazing -- courteous, knowledgeable, and eager to help. The shoe selection comes from all the major brands, so there are plenty to choose from and they're all great quality, too, of course.
I bought a pair of running shoes and 2 weeks later the logo of the shoes started to peel away. I called and she basically accused me of purposely doing something to the shoe to cause this. I’ve been a runner for 25 years and have never had a shoe do this before so clearly it was a defect but the manger at Garry Gribble (119th) want to give me the run around and make it my fault. Also, by the way, I told her I loved the shoe and just wanted the same exact pair to swap out. I won’t be back! I buy running shoes about every 6-8 months at 100.00-125.00 a pop. Their loss!
The employees at this store are knowledgeable and patient. They listen to your needs, and don’t try to sell you things you don’t need. Thanks to Josh and his manager for helping me out!
I think this is the best place to find running shoes and gear in Kansas City. Last time I visited, my budget was tight and they found a great shoe for me at half price... Still got both shoes ud83eudd2aud83eudd2dud83dude42
