They have wide variety of brands as well as selection. Loved their collection. When I visited, they had sale and who doesn’t like sale right? I got what I wanted for my partner. Staff was helpful when we weren’t able to find size for him that we liked. I did little research then about pricing (usually recommended to do before visiting), turned out in sale also they had the market price labeled/charged but I’m satisfied as long as I didn’t pay more than least pricing in market.
It was closing time and they definitely let me know...
I just want to send a special thank you to Matt for knowing how customer service should be. After getting told we couldn’t return my husbands shoes by a woman at the store, I then got ahold of Famous Footwear’s customer service online and emailed them. They sent a reply back telling me I had 90 days to return a defective pair of shoes and when we walked in yesterday, Matt honored that for us and was very great help! It’s nice to go somewhere and get great customer service. Been to a couple places that doesn’t know what that is.
Nice place offering buy one get one 1/2 price at the moment
