U.S. Bank Branch

Their money is very high quality and fresh. Feels and tastes like they were picked wight off the tree!

Usually I don't enjoy going to banks, but this branch is wonderful. People who work there are helpful, cordial and knowledgeable. They have always provided prompt and professional help to me - which is rare because I am an international student, so naturally my banking issue can be somewhat confusing. Great job.

Usually, a bank visit is nothing special but today, I experienced the best banking experience I've ever had. My teller was Colin and he was so funny and kind that it didn't even feel like I was running an errand. He was extremely helpful and I got more accomplished in 5 minutes with him than I have through two 30-minute phone calls. I have had nothing but good experiences at this branch, as all of the staff is always so cordial and they really know what they are doing.

If you want to work with GOOD bankers with acceptable customer service, do NOT go to this branch. The bankers are rude, but maybe US bank stuck them in there because they didn't want them at bigger, busier branches. Can't say that I blame them...
