Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Went to this bank, dealt who with Mary who counted my change for deposit, which I know can be frustrating- no issues, she did a good job.nnToday I dealt with Bekah, who was too lazy to count my change and made me count $500 worth of change and put it in a roll. ITS NOT MY JOB.nIf a bank can count bills, they must count the change as well. You are wasting a customer's time by having them do something you're getting paid for.nAnd I know this is not policy because Mary did count my change and didn't ask me to put the coins in a rollnIt's frustrating when you're only job is customer service and you're too lazy to do it. Awful! Don't open an account here especially if you want customer service

WARNING BANK OF AMERICA IS SHUTTING DOWN CHECKING ACCOUNTS. Yesterday Bank of America decided to close our checking account overnight and refused to give us access to our money or information regarding why they suddenly closed our account. I was unable to buy food for my family, including my 4 year old son. No one explained why these actions were taken. No red flags or fraudulent activity, confirmed by 3 different BOA employees. Bank of America is PREYING on their customers during a Global Pandemic! How am I going to get my stimulus check now? Is Bank of America going to keep our stimulus check? UNFAIR business practices from Bank of America during the worst global crisis we have ever seen. I urge everyone who banks at BOA to withdraw all of your money NOW before they try to take it away from you for an unknown amount of time. Having to deal with these PREDATORY business practices resulted in loss of income because I have had to miss work to spend hours on the phone and hours in the branch offices.

Somehow they managed to make getting my money a negative and uncomfortable ecperience. How can you make getting paid feel that way? Come to Bank of America to find out.

There’s a reason why this branch has so few good reviews. My brother wrote a check to my mother and they refused to cash it because it was “over their policy limit”. This sounded made up so I called corporate and they confirmed. Do business elsewhere, highly recommended.

I do not understand why this center has lower reviews. I'm a long-time customer of over 20 years. The ladies here are truly caring of their customers not clients but actual customers and build relationships with each and every one of them. I had had a traumatic event happened to me we're almost lost my life and when I came back I got some of the biggest hugs With Tears in their eyes that showed me these people truly care about me. Yes some of the hours may have gotten shorter is that their fault no. Customer service is way Beyond satisfactory .I love the people that work at this Bank
