This was a great experience. I was able to walk up, identify myself through multiple means quickly, and then do my banking business.nnI would give this experience six stars if I could. This is what a bank should be like.

They’re always willing to help a new customer, have machines there that are easy to use, and don’t have conflicting moral issues with what they do with their customer’s money. ( Some banks tend to.) Sometimes they even put out cookies!

Love my bank and the people that work there! awesome experience! will never bank anywhere else again! they will always have your back and help you with your finances! great place to get a loan as well! The bank manager Angela is extremely helpful! Love eleanor too!

Best bank, I'm not sure what Salva was talking about. I went in with a ton of questions since I dont know much about finances, they helped a ton and answered all my questions thoroughly. Also, I had gone to an actual branch and was told they had ordered me a new debit card. About 4 weeks passed and no debit card, I showed up at this branch and they immediately made my a new card on the spot. I don't think there's a more accommodating bank in K, plus its open after work so I don't have to take an extended lunch.

Best bank ever! Community America rocks - but rocks really hard at this branch. Mike, Maggie and the rest of the team are always super friendly and helpful. Today when the CACU call center couldn't help me with a request, they let Mike at the branch know I needed help and he called me back in less than 10 min! I know they can't do that every time as they are always super busy - but try getting that kind of high touch customer service from UMB or BOA. Not happening! Keep up the great work and thanks, thanks, thanks for all you do!
