UMB Bank (with drive-thru services)

Great bank if you don’t need to ever talk to a banker. They never answer the phone at their branches. If they find time they will return your call when it’s convenient for them.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! Literally got in and out in the drive through getting my paper notarized!!! 1st time here and will def be back !

Better than they used to be. One of the worst managed locations ever but I do have a new girl as a personal banker named Ileana and she has gone above and beyond for me with documents I needed. This location seems to float ppl in and out too often. They're ok for now..and UMB in general is a really good bank that actually answers the phone - no 800 numbers etc.. So the lesser of the evils I guess.

Worst bank ever! If you are not rich they do not care about you as a customer! Save yourself the headache and go to a credit union! Closing this account right away! The lady didn't give me her name and it is a good thing! She should not work in customer service ever!
