Love this bank! When you lose your card they can print one off right then and there! The mobile app is easy to use and if you need anything the number is right there! Hands down my favorite bank I’ve ever had!

No way these negative reviews are the whole truth. I went in for the first time yesterday, my work just fired Bank of America for horrible customer service. So I walk in, with several days worth of deposits, no deposit slip, no nothing, all I know is the account name, the gentleman, I think it was Jake, instantly knew what I needed, grabbed all my deposits, got it done, gave me the slips. Fantastic service, I went from anxiety to calm quickly. Super clean, modern. Wonderful staff. Cookies and good coffee if there is a wait. Well staffed. (Jake not pictured)

I like the bank they have always been very helpful and there service is quick and fast

I have been here and handful of times for notary services, cashier's checks, and cash transactions and the staff have always been very friendly and helpful. They even let me borrow one of the computers to fill out an online PDF and print it in their lobby. I knocked off one star because the guy who helped me last time didn't check my wife's last name when he was filling out a check for us.
