This branch was very friendly and helpful when I came in to obtain a copy of a check. They were on top of it and got me the copy very quickly.

The staff was respectful and courteous. They helped solve my banking needs promptly. The hardest part of my visit was turning back on to Rainbow Blvd. from the parking lot. Would highly recommend.

DO NOT HAVE LOANS SERVICED BY COMMERCE. Simply, you are charged $5 everytime you make a loan payment (even online). IDK why, I saw this once and immediately changed my loan provider. Buyer beware, if this is how they treat people they are making money off of, think how they are going to screw their banking customers.nnUpdate: The $5 fee is for online, if you call them, it changes to $8.

Very unprofessional, I had opened account based of referral program and after two years they says it was not registered so they don't pay bonus.
