Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Lately they have not been open during regular business hours. Last time I was there the machine would not allow me to deposit checks.

They randomly change their weekly timings... Closed twice when I went there

Both ATMs are always faulty, meaning I have to drive way out of my way to get to one that works.

Hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Bank of America. I will not be going back to this location anytime soon. As I entered the bank I immediately felt as if I was bothering staff, I walked up to the teller to ask for assistance and she was very short. When asking for assistance I kept getting told I can go to another bank for help due to there staff going on breaks. The team as a whole made it clear they had no interest in even attempting to service my needs. Went to another location and was treated with dignity and respect. I see why the ratings are so low at this place.

The worst bank I've ever used! Rude, incompetent. I had to make 8 calls to find out where my auto deposits were going. Even supervisor was extremely rude & unhelpful. Finally I randomly got someone on the phone who knew what she was doing. Found my $$ in 5 min. 1 out of 10 people who knew what they were doing - unacceptable!
