First visit was not great, attempted to talk to a few people to get some advice but no one was helpful, however I think this may have been an off day for them. I have been back a few more times and have had great service and everyone was pleasant. Pretty decent selection.
Fish and corals are great. Like a candy store everything is so colorful and nice. Service is exceptional. This is my first time going saltwater and Jim walked me through it very thoroughly. You can tell they are not just doing this for the money. This is THE place to go to for saltwater.
I hope we got off to a bad start: I drove to the store with my kids looking for something new for the family aquarium. We show up around 4pm (store closes at 6) door is locked, the open sign is lit, but no one is home. 15 minutes pass sitting in the parking lot, kids semi-patiently anticipating going inside, additional customers showing up and leaving and no sign of movement within the store. After 20 minutes a kid shows up with an energy drink in hand (guessing from the near by quick trip) and unlocks the door. We walk in, the kid ignores us, we take a look around and unfortunately walk out without purchasing a new fish. It's frustrating that a store would carry an employee as uncaring as this. As a first time visitor, I hope mine is not a normal experience. A positive note: the fish seem to be in good health.
