KS StateBank

This was the first time I've used lending tree or even a bank that isn't my own. I was fairly skeptical going into the process. However, Ben and Priscilla were GREAT to work with. If the other employees at KS StateBank are anything like them, you can be sure you will receive excellent and timely service. They both replied to EVERY SINGLE ONE of my numerous emails within hours, even after the business day ended. I had a very good experience and definitely recommend that anyone looking for a loan give these guys a shot!

Went into the back to exchange paper bills for quarters and was told they would not do it because I didn't have an account with them. What a joke. I understand not cashing checks but I have never heard this before. Good news is I'll also never have an account with them. That's just crummy service.
