Exchange Bank in Junction City, KS is outstanding. The employees here clearly go above and beyond to care for their customers and it shows. It does not matter what I need, this is the first place I start when looking for guidance because I know someone is more than happy to help. You can tell there is a unique and delightful culture unlike any other bank and it's a gem for the town.
Dont ever bank here!!! They dont won't do a wire transfer to another account without breaking your leg! The service is horrible and won't help you get your money when you need it's very disappointing! I am on my 15th business day and still haven't received my debit card.
Outstanding, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and effective leadership and service. My family has been with this bank for decades,nWe have always been welcomed, in person or on line, with great customer service. Great customer service and always cheerful and happy to see you. Not once have I ever had a bad experience dealing with a teller or a financial advisor.
I have been with this bank 47 yrs. It was First National and bought out by Exchange Bank. I have watched while the customer service has gone down. I do not blame the people, it's the bank. You have employees leaving that have been with the bank for 15 to 20 yrs. I'm leaving this bank in the next few months.
