Worst customer service. My experience: First and only bank I’ve ever been to where I was told you have to have an account to break a $20 bill. Banks are federal protected in a lot of different circumstances and why else would someone have even invented counterfeit pens. If you don’t trust counterfeit pens and say they aren’t 100% all the time use a magnify glass and look for the details that all real bills have.

The staff of the Junction City branch is engaging, knowledgeable, and professional. I am greatly satisfied with their banking services and with the warm way I am treated each time I visit this branch.

Second time I came through the drive thru and the teller was really nice! Good customer service.

It's just a great bank.

If you call them you will be on hold forever. Not the small town bank quality a person should get in a small town.
