We wanted to thank Ashlyn for all her assistance with navigating through the processing and completion of a small estate affadavit following the loss of my brother-in-law. Dennis had nothing but praise for the staff at Bank of the West in Ottawa. He was a long time customer. Superb customer service!

The staff and banker internally are good people. Very friendly and professional. Although if you are looking for old fashioned banking, keep looking. Corporate could care less about you or your needs. Shop around before choosing this bank. I’m giving 3 stars because of the staff at this branch, otherwise my review would be 1 star. I’ve banked here for 8+ years.

I have had my account through Bank of the West since 2007. I do MOST of my banking online. There are very few branch locations in my area and Lawrence, KS branch closed a few years ago.
