Very courteous and prompt care!!! I'm new to town and live close by. The entire staff, check-in, nurse, and provider treated me quickly. Just wanted to say thanks publicly and share my experience!

I think their goal is to help individuals with minor illnesses like sinus infections, cuts, bites, flu and some feminine problems. There could be more that they treate but this is what I noticed. All the times I have been here I have not had a problem. The staff is friendly and I was seen right away. Best time to go is in the morning or before noon. A slight con is that you do have to wait a little. I have spent 2 hours waiting, but I was already in a room. They can be a bit slow even if they are not busy, but to me and the issue I was being seen for, 2 hours was not too bad.

You WILL be overcharged here! Care was okay, but not better than what I received at other urgent care locations and WAY more expensive.

I've been waiting for a long time over an hour and other people ha e been waiting longer. An employee walked in with something wrong with her leg or foot. She got called back immediately. I'm pissed .this is t okay there are other people waiting here in pain waiting to be seen and she just gets a pass because she works here. That's horrible. I will never come back to this urgent care. Terriblservice. e.
