I’ve been taking our family Shih Tzu here for the last 3 years. Halo is reluctant when arriving but is arrogant and uppity with his head held high when he leaves thanks to the wonderful treatment and care given by the staff. Halo’s cuts are always sharp and precise. The staff is kind, friendly, informative and always focuses on the needs of their customers. Thank you all for the Royal treatment of the loving Halo!!!!
Since moving to KCMO last year, I’ve taken my 3 little dogs AND cat to DSB. Brownie and the other groomers have always done such a great job, even when dealing with my naughty 1 year old dog who can’t stand anything near her face. Super convenient location (with a yummy South American cafe/bakery/food a few doors down). The ladies at DSB are so sweet and kind to my pets and me. Highly recommend.
Thank you so much! I am so thankful google has led me to you guys! I am from PA and we have some friends in your area going through some tough times. My husband’s friend Preston Brayfield (we called him pup-since he was the baby of the crew) was killed in May while working, by a drunk driver in Arkansas. His family has been struggling since. I wanted to help the family out a little and loved seeing Pup’s moms posts, I especially loved reading about their family dog Rosie, and how she would snuggle up with Pup’s little brothers to help them cope with the nightmare they are living. It breaks my heart a family is going through this because of someone’s selfishness. Rosie has stepped up in a big way for this family and I wanted to treat her! We often don’t realize how our animals feel our pain. I went to google and first popped up was your bowtique! I emailed and Gretchen responded very quickly! I sent her pictures of Rosie and she helped me figure out how to get Rosie a day she earned. Mama Brayfield sent me a picture when she got home and my heart was just filled with joy seeing how happy Rosie was! Obviously it’s no true spa relaxing day without a nap! Thank you so much. This little pup has people counting on her to be there for them. Thank you again for taking care of her needs!

Always a great experience when we take our dog here for grooming or boarding. The staff is so friendly and they provide quick, quality service. Louie loves them and so do we :)
