This place is understaffed, always has a long line, and every time i message my doctor about a concern she tells me to go to urgent care. Why do I have a pcp if I can’t get in when I’m sick? Very disappointed. Ku Med is low quality doctors that consistently leave because they’re residents.
Very sympathetic and helpful they don't give up until they find the cause of your aches.
