Two of their doctors let me lay postop heart surgery in my room having strokes for five days before summarily releasing me. Going then to North Kansas City Hospital through the ER they diagnosed three strokes right frontal Left frontal lobe and brain stem. That were completely undiagnosed by St. Luke’s on the plaza.

St. Luke's hospital takes care of people. Goes out there way to help people. Then also I know that the equipment is the best. I witness that it helped 2 loved ones. Amen and one is at home with God, my mom had Cancer, she came to late but St. Luke's did their best. Amen and my husband was saved enough his heart attack, he was rush in and God and St. Luke's staff saved him. So St. Luke's hospital is good for me.

Best hospital around within Kansas City area. Best doctors, best nurses and staff. Never met an unfriendly doctor or staff. Don’t like being in the hospital but if needed I would always choose St.Luke’s

I was 5 minutes late for my appt. I called 3x starting 10 minutes prior to my appt time to tell them that I might be a couple minutes late. Each time I called I was transferred to a voicemail even though I specifically asked for a person so that I could explain my situation and ask them to hold my spot. The last time I called, I was put on hold for 5 minutes. By the time someone came on the line I was entering the office. At that point I was told I missed my appt and Dr Good was refusing to see me. I explained my situation- that I couldn't find the entrance to the building that I needed due to the construction and had called 3x to give them appropriate notification. It didn't matter what I said.... I was told I would have to reschedule. I had waited a full month to get this appt to begin with. Given that I have been having anxiety attacks, borderline high blood pressure, and an irregular heartbeat frequently on a daily basis, I don't feel that this is appropriate service for a health professional who is supposed to care about my life. I might add that the first 2 office staff members that I spoke with were rude and dismissive. When I finally told one of them that I wasn't leaving the office until Dr Good came out and spoke with me, they had a 3rd person come out who I assume was an office manager. She was professional and helpful, but told me there was nothing she could do bc Dr Good was refusing to see me. I will not be setting up any appts with Dr Good as his behavior thus far does not make me feel I can trust him to give me the caring time I need for my health issues.
