Accepted me as a direct admit patient only to be told later there was nothing they could do. Yet they kept me in the hospital without a discharge for over 24 hours. Completely milked my insurance for money.
Beautiful place Historical. Friendly and kind staff.
I was recently hospitalized @ St. Luke’s, the staff & Doctors were excellent. I’ve never experienced a more caring group of people. Thanks for getting my health issues under control.
By far the worst hospital in the Kansas City area in terms of patient experience. Regularly disappoint me.
