What can I Say I got lucky and had wonderful nurses and staff through my pregnancy. Plus they saved my life. I went into emergency c section due to being preclamptic and very high sugar level. I almost died going through the procedure. I had the best Doctor. Dr.Florio,She was Amazing!! Thank you!! Now my son is 14 months old and ornery as ever

Blown away by my experience here or should I say lack there of. Pregnancy is scary and hard, especially if you have complications causing you to have to visit this office. The least they could do is be compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. In one visit, I was told completely opposite things by a doctor and a nurse and both said the other was wrong. Clearly a quick way to make a patient lose faith in the staff. Then I dreadfully was being sent back here for a new issue and the entire experience of simply trying to schedule, then feeling uncomfortable about the office as a whole and trying to cancel was a DISASTER. I expressed to two people that I was unsatisfied with the office and both couldn’t have cared less. I officially have ZERO faith in this office for its care for myself or my unborn child.

Ultrasound techs were wonderful but once I got into a room the first nurse immediately started talking negatively about my body. I mean everything from how much body hair I have to my size and shape (super great for a pregnant womans mental health) and she was absolutely just digging into me. I want to add that none of her comments were medically necessary or even relevant in the processes she was completing because I feel that it is grossly inappropriate and it really messed with my mental image of myself.nnThe doctor that I saw was cold, and obviously wanted to be anywhere in the world other than in that room, she literally made me feel 2 inches tall. There was no room for me to ask questions and the doctor was so condescending I wanted to get up and go home. The cardiologist who was also present was pleasant enough and seemed like a nice man but the doctor was even condescending towards him and definitely overtalked him in what seemed to be an effort to make the meeting go as quickly as humanly possible. I will never be back. This place is awful I'd rather drive 30/40 minutes to a different practice than be belittled and treated like a burden.

I have mixed feelings. Some of the staff in the clinic are great. Some of the ultrasound staff are great. However, some are super rude, dismissive, and blatantly ignore you. When you ask to see an actual dr. Instead of their NP, they say they can’t do that because of how the appointment is scheduled. I have several concerns and would like to see an actual dr. But I guess they will wait like Mosaic did when I got sent here last time. It’d be nice to feel safe when you are dealing with the stress and trauma of previous pregnancy emergencies and feel like they genuinely care for your wellbeing.

Such a fantastic place to deliver!! I would recommend them any day. From prenatal care, to delivery, to mom/baby, and follow up care I have been amazed by the care they provided for my family and I. 5 stars for sure!
