Goppert-Trinity Family Care

We are new to the area and a bit nervous about going to a new place and having a new doctor. However, our first overall experience was great! From the person that took our temperatures, to the front desk ladies, to the nurse, the resident, and the doctor-everyone was so kind and patient. Everyone seemed super helpful and thorough, as well. We are so grateful to have found such a welcoming caring place!

Communication with Front staff was clear and scheduling was easy. Had plenty of time with my physician and overall appointment was very efficient.nnUpon entering, I thought there was going to be a long line as I saw a gentleman waiting as I got off the elevator. He was in line, but the distance he stood from the person in front of him was far back and I appreciated his consideration with the social distancing.nnTemporal checks were done at the entrance of office. After checking in & receiving paperwork to fill out, my wait was less than 15 minutes until nurse called me back to check vitals.nnI saw my Physician soon after. She was very professional and spent a good amount of time examining and discussing my health (20min). I appreciated her thoughtfulness in asking if I had other questions/concerns.nnHit all my marks - Easy, Adequate time & Efficient.nn(Getting lab work on floor above. Eh... that small waiting area made me a little anxious. I had to walk to other side of hall, so not to be so close in everyone’s “breathing space”.)

Everyone who works here is so great! You can tell they actually care about you and your experience. I wish I remembered the nurses name, but she was so kind and sweet and took good care of me at first. Dr. Akin was the doctor who saw me.. and again. So sweet, knowledgeable, and let me know exactly what they were going to do in regards to the action plan. He really cares about his patients. I definitely recommend! You can do a walk- in or make an appointment by calling them.

My visit was a great experience, the facility was clean, well marked for Social Distancing, posted rules for entering. The receptionist was pleasant and extremely helpful.nOnce paper work was completed it was just moments before i was called and moved to the examining room. Great Job for the Staff and Doctors..

My recent visit to my doctor at Goppert- Trinity Family Care was quite good, especially given my reluctance and concerns about Covid-19. Temperatures were taken at the entrance by a very pleasant, efficient person(Patty/Patti), and the receptionist was the best they’ve ever had. Lea (Leah?) was not only competent, she was warm polite, and witty. She marks a huge improvement over the past. Wait times were improved, and as usual, my doctor was great. The improvement in staff is very welcome, and certainly makes for a pleasant visit.
