Very cordial, prompt with appointment on time. Upon completion of the few tests by nurse, Doctor arrived, addressed the issue and I was in/out in a timely manner.

Front desk lady was really unpleasant. I am not sure how the doctors are, since the scheduler wouldn't allow me to see the providers. We have great insurance, which doesn't require a referral to a specialist. My doctor also put in a referral, which I can see in the portal, last week. However, the front desk lady is especially curt and rude and refuses to make me an appointment without a full medical file, even though their next free appointments are over a month away. I have never had this experience, but wouldn't trust them with my care after being treated so poorly just trying to be seen.

This place is a joke. After being reffered here by Gerd Help, I had one phone appt. with them and then never ever heard back from them. I tried to contact them, that went nowhere. I feel sorry for the Gerd Help people, they just trying to help, but this place ruins it. My appt. was August 5th and now here it is September 25th and nothing. Sorry but there is alot of better places out there than that.

I have been a patient of Dr Ginsberg for over 30 years. I have nothing but praise and appreciation for his care and the treatment. I hope he never retires in my lifetime.nThe appointment went as expected.

I wish there was a 0 star option. It is absolutely ridiculous trying to contact this office, get a phone call returned or get results. Thought I could get setup on their portal, nope never even got a callback on that. Horrible communication and weeks to months between communication of results. Go somewhere else and save yourself the hassle of dealing with this office.
