I love my Doctor, Dr. Elliott Franks. He's a very caring doctor and I've been seeing him for 15+ years. The woman who took my blood this last time? She needs some lessons on how to be nice to patients. She's not doing the patients any favors; we pay her salary.

I was referred to Dr. Mathur from a colleague and I had SUCH a wonderful experience. She made me so comfortable and didn't force me into anything unnecessary and I had full trust in her. I have already recommended her to a lot of friends and family.

Dr. Mathur is an excellent physician. The office is well run and very responsive to emails, and requests for prescription refills. Appointments are easy to make and well managed; wait times in the office are usually less than 5 minutes.

My experience with seeing Kim Nagel, PA, over the last few years has been great. The staff at both locations is very helpful, efficient, and professional. Kim Nagel is a good listener, and she answers my questions well. I plan to keep using this practice.

Dr. Mathur dropped me as a patient two months after my insurance ran out. I scheduled a visit right before it ran out and I was told two months later that they would not refill my prescription unless I came on for a visit. They did not tell me this until after my medicine was gone, leaving me without medicine and no notice. I could not even schedule an appointment for a month, they are always booked out.nnAlso, there's a pandemic, it isn't safe to be in the doctors office unless absolutely necessary. I don't know why they told me I had to make an appointment, I had just been in the office and it was a prescription I had been taking for months. I've never been treated so much like a criminal by a healthcare provider. It's reckless and irresponsible to leave someone without medication, especially without warning.
