Service was awesome. The staff were all knowledgeable about the products they had on sale. The staff all wore masks and all practiced great social distancing. We bought 4 pairs of shoes and they were all BOGO half off, which was very nice. Would recommend this store to anyone in the Lawrence area that is looking to buy shoes as they have a pretty large selection. The shoes are mainly athletic/casual.

Good customer service is hit or miss. They don't carry enough of the larger women's sizes in wide widths. Especially in dress shoes, boots and sandals. They have ALWAYS had this problem and it ALWAYS falls on deaf ears. They say order online but can't seem to grasp the concept that I want to go in to the store, try on a pair of shoes and find some I like and purchase. But they're the only place in town to get good shoes for a mostly fair price for my family. And the rewards are pretty good.

Very nice staff, very helpful. Just wish they had more clearance for men with prices like the women's section. The cheapest clearance price was $49.99 in men's area in the women's area prices were as low as $14.99. My wife was able to pick up a nice pair of boots for only $30. Great for the ladies, men on the other hand a little too pricey for me.

Very rude salesman. Was going to buy 2 pairs of shoes but left empty handed, due to his rudeness. Will never go back to that store again. Doesn’t even deserve one star

So we went into the store and the associate was working but he was standing by the door glaring at people like they were stealing shoes he told me he didn't have time to check and see if they had a particular converse I wanted
