After an unfortunate experience with our two Shih Tzu pups at a commercially operated corporate store, my wife and I anxiously decided to try our luck with a locally owned small business and were totally blown away with the awesome customer service and attention to detail. We understood grooming pups isn’t easy and it was honestly communicated to us up front. However, John took his time with them and exceeded our expectations. The rates are extremely fair for the excellent service and we left confident we have found an excellent groomer that we look forward to using again.
My Golden retriever Chloe was well taken care of at Earthwise. She got a long overdue bath, haircut and nail trim. She looks great! Thank you John!
What a fantastic experience! We brought our Pomeranian, Pansy, for the first time to EarthWise, and I was beyond pleased. Pansy is normally very nervous going to grooming and can't wait to get in the car and home. But this time she didn't seem to want Christina to go, barking at her as she walked back to the store! Oh, and the grooming was perfect.
Great 1st time experience. Christina was gentle, loving and kind to my Danny Boy whom I rescued from a Horrible Puppy Mill. Already have an appointment set for the next grooming!
My dog Moose got a great haircut! We've had trouble finding a place that doesn't make him look awkward for the first two weeks after he gets his hair cut and Earthwise Pet (John) had Moose looking cute the second I picked him up. I could tell Moose was at ease there and they took good care of him!
